Monica holds the WSET Level 2 with Merit Award in Wines and is currently a WSET Level 3 candidate. Founded in London in 1969, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) is the global leader in drinks education, offering qualifications in wine, spirits, beer and sake. Its wine programs build knowledge across grape varieties, wine regions, production methods, tasting, food pairing, and the many factors that influence what ultimately ends up in the glass.
Jerome is an Executive Bourbon Steward certified through the Stave & Thief Society, and recognized by the Kentucky Distillers’ Association. The program focuses on bourbon history, production, tasting, flavor identification, and the traditions behind America’s native spirit.
We continue to grow our knowledge, building on what we already know and rounding out our overall understanding of wine and whiskey. That continued education is an important part of Cork and Copper and helps us bring more context, connection, and confidence to the experiences we create, while keeping wine and whiskey approachable, interesting, and fun to explore.

Grains & Grapes is our most popular, structured option and a good default for most groups. Blind & Bold works well for competitive, high-energy teams. Pair It Up suits client appreciation or a more elevated, date-night style event. We are also able to provide custom experiences. Happy to help you choose when you reach out.

We recommend booking a few weeks ahead when possible, especially during busier seasons like the holidays and Derby season. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.

Cork and Copper is based in the Indianapolis area and can host at your office, home, or venue of choice.

Yes! We are happy to add in non-alcoholic options tailored to your experience. We do also offer still and sparkling water for each event.
